• Senior Technical Examiner (Directorate of Vigilance)Officers under the Central/State/Union Territory Government: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) in L-11 of the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade, possessing educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruits i.e., Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, from a recognized University.
• Technical Examiner (Directorate of Vigilance)Officers under the Central/State/Union Territory Government: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) in L-10 of the pay matrix with three years regular service in the grade or in L-8 of the pay matrix five years regular service in the grade or in L-7 of the pay matrix with eight years regular service in the grade, possessing educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruits i.e., Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engin
