Eligibility

Senior Research Fellow (SRF)Master degree in Vegetable Science/ Horticulture/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Plant Biotechnology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having post graduate degree with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years Master degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience as mentioned in OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13-07-2015 and OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014-HRD dt. 09-10-2015 of the Council and OMSR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30-01-
Young Professional-I (YP-I)Graduate with at least 60% marks in relevant Agriculture Sciences/ Engineering/ Technology as per ICAR OM No. F. No. Agricul.Edn.1-06/2020-A&P dated 04.12.2020. Desirable: One YP-I: Experience in laboratory work related to PCR, genomics and molecular markers.One YP-I: Experience in handling plant growth and yield experiments, crop data recording, and basic statistical analysis.
