Eligibility

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)Post-graduation Engineering/Technology with 60% aggregate marks/ Average (CGPA) 6.5 on a 10-point scale for GEN (marks will be relaxed by 5% or by a CGPA of 0.5 on a 10-point scale for SC/ST/PwD candidates) from a UGC recognized University/ Institute/ Autonomous bodies. OR Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or 8.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale or equivalent.
