Eligibility

Head SalesMandatory: MBA/PGDM from reputed Colleges/universities. Preferred: CFP / CFA / NISM V-A / NISM 21-A. — Essential: Minimum 15 years of experience in managing sales team in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / AMCs, out of which minimum 8 years of experience in leading a large team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads, preferably in Wealth Management Firms or Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
Central Research Team (Product Lead)Mandatory: MBA/PGDM from recognized College/University or CA/CFA. Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate / CFP / NISM 21A or 21B. — Mandatory: Minimum 5 years in Equity Research/Products experience in Wealth Management / AMC (Mutual Funds) / Banks.
Manager (Business Process)Mandatory: MBA/PGDM from Government recognised University or Institution. — Mandatory: Minimum 5 years in Bank / Wealth Management firms / broking firms. Preferred: Experience in business processes in wealth management area.
Project Development Manager (Technology)Mandatory: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution. — Mandatory: Minimum 4 years' experience in banking Technology, preferably in a business function.
Central Operations Team (COT) SupportMandatory: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution. — Mandatory: Minimum 3 years in financial services, investment advisory, private banking or Wealth Management Solution Providers, out of which minimum two years' experience in Central Operations in Wealth Management business.
Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility, which is 31.08.2026 for educational qualification, experience and age.
The educational qualification prescribed is the minimum, and candidates must possess the qualification and relevant full-time experience as on the specified dates.
Meeting the minimum criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
