TO-03M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
TO-04B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
TO-05B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
SO-01Ex-Servicemen JCO (Subedar or higher rank) OR equivalent rank in other Para-military forces with minimum of 10 years’ experience in security. (Relaxed to 5 years for Short Service Commissioned Officers / Assistant Commandants drawing pre-revised scale of Rs. 8,000-13,500, and 10 years for Inspectors from Para-Military Forces).
SA-01Ex-servicemen JCO in Army or equivalent other Para-Military Forces with 05 years of experience in the work of security.
TC-01SSC / 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks AND ITI certificate or national / state trade Certificate in Instrument Mechanic program/trade OR 2 years full time apprenticeship trainee experience in Instrument Mechanic Trade OR 3 years work experience in Instrument Mechanic in a Government/PSU/Autonomous body.
TC-02SSC / 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate AND ITI certificate / National/State Trade Certificate in Fitter trade OR 2 years full-time apprenticeship experience in Fitter trade OR 3 years work experience in Fitter trade in Government/PSU/Autonomous body.
TC-03SSC / 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate AND ITI certificate / National or State Trade Certificate (NTC/STC) in Machinist trade OR 2 years full-time apprenticeship experience in Machinist trade OR 3 years work experience in Machinist trade in Government/PSU/Autonomous body.
TC-04SSC / 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate AND ITI certificate / National or State Trade Certificate (NTC/STC) in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) trade OR 2 years full-time apprenticeship experience in Lab Assistant (Chemical Plant) trade OR 3 years work experience in Lab Assistant (Chemical Plant) trade in Government/PSU/Autonomous body.
MTS-01Matriculation / 10th Standard or equivalent pass.
