• Graduate degree from a recognized university OR Higher Secondary (10+2) pass with a Diploma in Modern Office Management (MOM) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute in Chhattisgarh state.
• One-year Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
• Hindi and English typing speed certificate of 8,000 key depressions per hour (via computer/software) from Chhattisgarh Shighralekhan Mudralekhan Computer Skills Examination Board.
